Student Spotlight features Marta Czarnecka, a 3D animator. Marta has been animating for over 8 years. And with iAnimate workshops, she is developing her skills and doing a better job every time. Marta is from Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland with experience in 2D animation and designing animated movies. She is always interested in new challenges.
Marta decided to enroll in iAnimate to get to know how animators from the most successful animations studios in the world work, see how animators from different parts of the world work on a shot, get inspired, get new ideas, better approach, train animators eyes and approach.
Marta works in an animation and postproduction studio, Badi Badi for 8 years.

Marta makes sure to prepare all that she needs before going to the tool and animating. The process of completing Marta’s assignments at iAnimate involved:
- Searching for different ways to present a scene.
- Incorporating the internal emotions and characteristics of the character into the movements, poses, and expressions.
- Combining final ideas with references and imagination to create a cohesive and engaging final product.

Through this process, I was able to create engaging and dynamic animation that effectively conveyed the emotions and motivations of the characters.”

Student Spotlight Q&A with Animator Marta Czarnecka
iAnimate: What do you think of your Online Animation Instructor(s), and how do they help you?
Marta: I was fortunate to have the guidance and support of iAnimate's experienced instructors throughout the animation process. They helped me to better prepare before starting to click, by giving me tips and suggestions on how to approach the animation. They also taught me the importance of constantly checking, watching again, analyzing, and checking again during the animation process. This helped me to refine my work and bring it to the best final stage possible. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable and helped me to elevate my animation skills to a professional level.
iAnimate: How did iAnimate help you to evolve your animation skills as a character animator?
Marta: I had the opportunity to collaborate with a team of highly talented animators while working on my shot. I was able to learn from them and apply some of their great attitude, ideas, and knowledge to my work. I also used the knowledge and skills I acquired from the iAnimate program, which helped me to develop my animation skills and techniques. The experience was truly enriching and it allowed me to take my animation to a whole new level and create something truly special and engaging for the audience.
iAnimate: What kind of animator do you consider after taking your student workshop/s?
Marta: I want to focus on animating characters that will evoke an emotional connection with the audience. I am willing to put my knowledge and experience to create characters that are relatable and engaging. This may involve researching and studying different types of characters and their characteristics, as well as experimenting with different animation techniques to bring them to life.
iAnimate: What kind of project do you want to work on?
Marta: Taking part in creating feature-quality projects and believable moments in the story is the goal.
