Urgent Demand Animation Jobs

 The popular online site, Variety, recently published an article discussing the "urgent demand" in the animation industry, do to the boom in streaming services.

"The rise of streaming services — which are ordering season after season of animated shows for children and adults — has created an urgent demand for original content, leading to a surge in jobs at all levels of production. For now, the deluge shows no signs of letting up."

Richard Lico - 17 minute animation process

iAnimate Games instructor, Richard Lico, shows "what its like to animate Quill" the hero from the PlayStation VR game Moss currently being developed. In this video Richard demonstrates a quick look around animation, with the opportunity to see some of the basics behind their Maya tools workflow. He says, "Lots of people have asked me how I go about creating animation for Quill, so I figured a quick glimpse would be a fun behind-the-scenes moment." Summer Term Contest

Summer Term Contest

All students who enroll in the 2017 summer term at iAnimate will be eligible to compete in a very simple contest. The winning student will get their next term free! Just send us an animated clip from one of your iAnimate summer term exercises and a testimonial explaining what you like about iAnimate.net. We will post the best ones on our Facebook page. Near the end of the quarter we will check the number of likes for each post and the post that gets the most likes wins. It's that simple.

We're doing this for each of our 3 main animation programs, Features, Creatures and Games. So your chances just got a whole lot better.
