He holds an M.F.A. in Animation from the Animation Workshop at the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television whose philosophy of "one person one film" taught him how to produce his own animated films. Previously Bill has taught introductory animation classes at both the UCLA Animation Workshop and Laguna College of Art and Design. In his free time, Bill loves to read, work on carpentry projects, and particpate in Scottish Country Dancing because it's crazy fun!
